Account Executive
Reporting to: General Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Commission-based with a $7,500 - $10,000 monthly draw (non-recoverable) against commissions for the first six (6) months; followed by a $6,000 - $7,500 monthly draw (non-recoverable) against commissions for the remaining six (6) months of the first year of employment.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Description:

• Sell advertising & sponsorships: Generate revenue by selling commercial airtime, digital ads, and event sponsorships.
• Client relationship management: Maintain and renew existing accounts.
• New business development: Prospect for new clients, research potential accounts, and prepare proposals.
• Promotional planning: Create advertising strategies, promotional plans, and on‑air or digital campaigns.
• Reporting & administration: Prepare activity reports, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.
• On-site position: In-person in the Los Angeles office when

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience working for radio stations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and advertising platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (marketing, PR, journalism, business).
